General Conditions for participation in RIN
Participation in the RIN network is exclusively reserved for HR and C&B employees that are active in the administrative guidance of the international employees within their own organization.
Participants are in principle prepared to share practical information, without in any way possible, harming the interests of their employer.
Participants are, by no means, allowed to request or provide any confidential information that may not be published or distributed. RIN discourages any such actions and will not take any responsibility for violations.
Information shared by the participants, remains confidential and, without exception, may not be published or used for commercial purposes.
If the opportunity exists and subject to the approval of the employer, participants must be prepared to host at least one meeting every five years and free of charge. This offers the possibility for the other participants to get acquainted with your business and/or organization which, in an acceptable way, may be optimally used.
Participants will be requested a modest yearly fee, in order to cover the costs of managing and maintaining the website, the organization and other running costs.
Participation in RIN is without any further obligations, not tied to other conditions than those described above and may be terminated at any given time.
Cancellation must be done in writing.
